Use your confirmation email

Open your SKmobile order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and select the link to view your order. Your secure order-status page shows available tracking information after your shipment has been dispatched.

You may be asked to sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout before viewing full order details.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking updates appear as your carrier scans the shipment. If your order has more than one shipment, check the tracking information for each package on your order-status page.

Need a hand?

Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find your confirmation email, or contact SKmobile for help. Include your order number in your message, but never send your password or payment details.
