Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized phone cases)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Sanitary goods such as headphones, earphones, and earbuds

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before returning it.


Return Window

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Shipping

All returns must be shipped back using a prepaid return label (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
Please use the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice inside the package.

In-Store Returns

In-store returns are free of charge.
However, if the original order qualified for free shipping, a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted to cover the initial outbound delivery cost.


Online Returns

For online purchases that qualified for free shipping, the following fees apply:

  • $9.99 return shipping fee, plus

  • $9.99 outbound shipping cost (deducted from refund)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@skmobile.ca.


Final Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email info@skmobile.ca to obtain a prepaid return label.
